What I learned this week, August 8


So many events and some of them of significance. Right now I am preparing a brief return to Belgium. To bring flowers on Mother's grave and prepare the future of the house with brother and sister. I will be there from Sunday 18 to the 27.
Tomorrow is Sunday. A young boy who consider becoming a priest will go with me to church and maybe talk with the old missionary, Father Bernardo.
This morning on Saturday I have learned that when I describe some aspects of my life it looks a little bit revolutionary. Why not? I was talking with Indira, a student who is struggling with some addictions, among which she mention the addiction to negative relations to men because "honest men are boring"...But suffering from it at the same time, yes, that may be an addiction of course... There are mental addictions and physical addictions, such as dependence on physical drugs.
